This technique is called Glitter Windows. I have never tried this before and found it was one of the easiest techniques I have ever done. Trick is...to make sure you have a very sharp small pair of scissors or new blade for your knife! For my glitter windows...I cut out the snowman and all the tassels on the stamp Mashmallow Mug.

I really like the glitter snowman cup. I like sparkles anyway so this is perfect for me. I am going to make a card like this as one of my xmas cards for this year.
