A yahoo group I belong to has a Mystery Monthly Challenge and this months image is Elmo. I thought he was going to be difficult to create with as I normally do not use these types of images. I am broadening my horizons! He was fun to color. I used Twinkling H2O's to color him and the blue background. The confetti was left over stickers that I had from long long ago. It felt good to "use it up"!. The background was stamped with an Outline Stamp.
I am sure I will have to eventually send a young person a birthday card!

Mystery Image-Elmo
