52 CCT January Color Challenge

Andreja at 52 Christmas Card Throwdown has the all the January challenges this month.  Whew!  She sure did pick out a hard challenge for me but I was up for a challenge.

Yellow, white and brown are not your normal Christmas colors at all but I did it!

This is a die from Spellbinders called Joy.  The lettering J-O-Y was cut from a background I had left over from long ago.  It was stamped with evergreens in two brown colors and embossed with evergreen folder.  It sure looks like the mat is a very dark brown but it is lighter in color.

Are you up for this challenge?

If so, head on over and leave your link to your site and if you need some crafting samples, check out the other designers creation.

Yes Netta, you're right, the colors wasn't easy at all! But you dit it, and you did it really good. Beautiful contrast of the colours! - I'm gonna end up loving them! ;)

You made a stunning card, Netta!!! I got stumped too with this color combo for a Christmas card. If it had been for autumn season it would have been super easy to accomplish. Your JOY card 'shouts' joy dramatically! Wonderful!
